Thank you to all who attended our Women in Ministry Christmas celebration, 2016, last night. Thank you for facing the cold weather so that we may gather at St. John A.M.E. Church for our Christmas celebration.
Thank you to Rev. Alicia Bailey, Pastor and the wonderful members who served us with smiles, warm hearts and willing Spirits. We thank and Praise God for the dancer and soloist who ministered unto us and a big shout-out to our very own the Rev. Deitra Bell for rendering a selection on her guitar for us.
We Praise God for our mini talent show as we saluted the winners who ministered "Hark the Herald Angels sing." They won you'll because they presented baby Jesus. They proved that you cannot lose if Jesus is in the midst of it. Thank you ladies.
We were challenged to bring a gift for each other and the cost of the gift must only cost $1 plus tax. The thought behind it was (thank you Rev. Bailey), recognizing how blessed we truly are. What would you do if you only had $1 and wanted to give someone a gift? It caused us to think and to really take the time to think about what to get. So I want to thank my sister for my gift. I have already begun to release some stress by doing some coloring,
