Dear Sisters and Brothers in Ministry,

I hope and pray that each of you are doing well.  I am writing to share with you that Campbell Chapel AME Church (Denver, CO) is hosting our region's Annual Conference this year (13-16 September 2017).  Details about it can be found below.

Above all, I write to ask you for your prayers as the Annual Conference dates approach.  Additionally, I know that this is probably short notice for most of you, but I invite any of you who are able to join me for this occasion.  (If you plan to come, please let me know!)

Each of you has a sense of all it takes to Host an Annual Conference -- and/or to just simply showing up to Annual Conference with all things in order.  In addition to the ordinary challenges of such hosting, this is both my first time hosting an Annual Conference and my first year pastoring Campbell Chapel.  Again, each of you has a sense of what the first year at any charge can entail.  

Suffice it to say, if you are able to support Campbell Chapel through an advertisement in our Souvenir Journal which will not only be printed, but will also be projected during breaks and/or certain business sessions (the deadline has been extended to 14 August 2017), our 20:30 Give Campaignthrough which we hope to be a blessing to the non-profit social justice community of our region, or just giving, we would be grateful.
