First Episcopal District and New York Conference Leadership

Bishop Frank A. White has invited The Right Reverend Gregory G.M. Ingram to be the guest preacher for the opening of there 30th Holy Convocation of the 3rd Jurisdictional District on Tuesday Night July 10, 2018 at Zion Cathedral Church of God in Christ at 8PM. Please share this information with your distribution list. We want to support our Rev. Father in God as he shares the word.

We are asking the Lay, Missionaries, Evangelist, Christian Education and YPD to spread the word.

Last Call For Early Bird Registration For WIM Quadrennial Conference

Greetings First District WIM,

Please be reminded that the extended deadline for the Earlybird Registration for the AME/WIM Quadrennial is this Thursday, May 31st. All women ministers are encouraged to be in attendance as we gather in Birmingham, Alabama on August 6th-10th, 2018 from throughout the Connection to attend workshops, worship and witness together.

There will be dynamic preaching and teaching from individuals from throughout the Connection and across denominational lines. Confirmed Presenters from the First Episcopal District include our Episcopal Supervisor, Rev. Dr. Jessica Kendall Ingram, Episcopal Supervisor Christie Davis Jackson, Esq., Rev. Dr. Regena Thomas, Rev. Dr. Jennifer Leath and our Connectional WIM President-Rev. Dr. Erika Crawford. Let's plan to be there to support them!!

There will be special workshops and Late Night Worship led for and by our younger women in ministry and each Annual Conference in the First has been asked to sponsor a minimum of one WIM under 35 for the conference.
This promises to be a spiritually enriching encounter for Women in Ministry that you don't want to miss!!!

Hello and Holiday Blessings,

The Well Watered Women Ministry will be hosting a PRAYER AND SOAKING session Friday, Dec. 22, 2017 (see attached info).

Understanding that ADVENT is the beginning of the "Believer's New Year", we as "Believers" should not mark our time as the world does. Friday, Dec. 22, will be the 3rd Friday in the Advent Season, the perfect time to seek the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for MORE, MORE and MORE of THEM and then everything else you think you need for the NEW YEAR and 2018.

Until we meet to pray and soak together, I will be praying, fasting, and seeking God for MORE Love, Peace, Grace, and Mercy for you.
